• How fresh are these?

  We pack to order. Most items have a shelf life of 6–12 months when stored properly, and the best-by date is printed on every package.
• How should I store them?

  Keep in an airtight container away from direct sunlight and moisture. Refrigeration extends shelf life for nuts and seeds, and is recommended once the package is opened.
• Are these halal and pure?

  Yes. All our products are 100% halal and naturally sourced. We don't add artificial preservatives or animal-derived additives.
• How long does delivery take?

  Shipment is through courier and takes 4–5 working days depending on your city and distance from our Rawalpindi warehouse. We dispatch within 24 hours of order confirmation, and you'll receive a tracking number by SMS once your parcel ships.
• Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

  Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives — please keep the exact amount ready for a smooth handover.
• What if my order arrives damaged?

  Contact us on WhatsApp at 0311 112 7474 within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
• Can I return it if I don't like it?

  Sealed and unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened items can't be returned for hygiene and food-safety reasons. Initiate a return from the order detail page in your account.
• Is there a minimum order?

  There's no minimum order amount. Free-delivery thresholds vary by city — your exact threshold is shown at checkout once you select a delivery city.
